Follow this routine 1-2 times per week:
• Wash face with warm water
• Use non-metal spoon to mix 1 tbsp of mask
mix with approx 1/2 tbsp of any of the following liquids in non-metal bowl (filtered water, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, chamomile tea)
• Spread thin layer on face with hands
• Relax + leave on face approx. 10 min
• Clean face off and remoisturize
